Le manipulateur automatique est arrivé!

Charles picked up the robot arm Kurt was getting rid of tonight.  Thanks, Kurt!  It’s beautiful.  We took it apart, and took pictures.

It has lovely guts.

It has enormous limit switches.

It is pneumatic, with the cylinders controlled by these massive 120VAC solenoids.

It is capable of throttling Charles Pax without pity or remorse. We’ll… we’ll have to work on the pity circuit.

Anyway, we should have it murdering humans– ahem, I mean, daintily arranging lace doilies by the end of the weekend.
