Pants Status: Keyboarded

I had a blast today at Diana’s fashion hacking event, and I made these nifty pants that sort-of function as a keyboard. I can play tetris at least! It was fun to make them, and if you’d like to make your own you can download the files from Thingiverse. It was nice to spend the day working on a goofy project with no real value with my friends. Oh, and now I have some super-sexy nerd magnet shorts. Awesome.

I love it!
Way to go, Resistor! You (Make)’d it. Hi from hacklab.to.
I think I will now make a keyboard skirt! I just want a pair of pants or long skirt that have a functioning (not just half functioning) keyboard that is NOT on my crotch.
Do they come in DVORAK?
awesome!
Cool pants!!!!! I want thou pants
Way cool hack. Love the idea of doing it to shorts or pants. I have wanted to do this to a chair so that I could lean back and type from a reclined position rather than hunched over a desk.
Kudos
LISTEN: THIS IS AWESOME.
Its a really great idea but it leaves room for many improvements. I’m thinking oval beads just under fabric and embedded wireless functionality.
Cool pants!!!!!
